About Reviews

  • The purpose of product reviews is to provide customers with feedback and evaluations of our products for reference when other customers shop with us.
    For the above purposes, the information may be used for publication in graniph stores and online stores, as well as in various sales promotion materials and advertisements.
    Please note that we may edit the content of the review to the extent that it does not change the meaning of the review.
    In addition, reviews may only be submitted for products purchased at graniph stores and online stores.

    Reviews cannot be submitted for guest purchases.
    Reviews cannot be deleted, re-edited, or re-submitted.

  • Tips for the reviews
    Please describe the graphic design of the product and your impressions when worn (comfort, texture, size, scenes spent wearing the product, etc.).

    Reviews that include the following information will not be published.
    Any contents that are different from the price or actual product labeling.
    Unsold products or products that are different from the product in question.
    Slanderous or defamatory content
    Political content
    Content that is not in accordance with prices or actual product descriptions.
    Contents that may cause discomfort or misunderstanding to other customers.
    Other contents that we deem inappropriate.

    We do not provide notification of publication or non-publication, nor do we provide the reason for non-publication.

  • How to submit a review
    On the My Page order history screen, there is a “Write Review” button for each product.
    Clicking the “Write Review” button will take you to the review submission page, where you will be asked to enter your comments and other necessary information.
    The “Write Review” button will appear the day after you purchase at the store.
    In the online store, the “Write Review” button will appear when your order has been shipped.
    Please note that it may take some time for your review to be posted on the site due to the review process.
    Please contact our customer support for any defective products or shipping errors.
