Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Policy
    If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the “Contact Us” form within 8 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

    ・If the return is due to the customer’s preference, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and any refund transfer fees.
    ・Returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:
    ーThe item has been used, washed, or cleaned.
    ーHygienic products such as underwear, swimsuits, or cosmetics.
    ーItems marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
    ーItems purchased in physical stores.

    Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, we will gladly exchange or accept a return. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" form within 8 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return shipping method.

  • Exchanges
    Exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective items or incorrect orders.
    If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason, please place a new order after completing the return process.

  • Refund Policy
    Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used for the order.
    ・Once the refund is completed, you will receive a “Refund Completion Notification” email.
